Treatment Description

We treat Podiatry at our Bolton,  Burnley, Padiham, Lancaster and Skipton clinics.

Our Podiatrists are trained to a degree level. Each one specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of all problems relating to the foot and lower limbs.  They are all HCPC registered and members of the UK Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.

Who Comes to See a Podiatrist?

Many people will visit their Podiatrist simply for advice or to check their feet are healthy, while others will attend due to a specific problem. As clinicians, we are particularly interested in preventative medicine and will try and foresee any potential problems, advising and correcting before any damage is done.

We see the majority of our patients every 6-8 weeks for routine maintenance which includes nail cutting and hard skin removal. Our care plans are provided in a patient-centred way and arranged to suit your needs, keeping you mobile and pain free.

If you have a long-standing problem for which there is no cure, we can play a key role in keeping you mobile and pain free which can make a real difference to the quality of your life.

Complex Problems

Is your problem more complex?  Physiofusion can refer you to other specialists – the team here have a great track record of resolving long-term and complex problems.

We have the ideal multi-disciplinary set up. Our Podiatrists work closely with our Physiotherapists and vice versa to complement the treatments we offer.
