How long have you been a physio? 10 years

What made you want to become a physio? So I could help people affected by injury, illness, and disability.

What would you say is your specialism? Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Mainly manual therapy and acupuncture))

What do you like treating most? Sports injuries but I also like treating general back, shoulder and knee injuries

What is the best thing about being a physio? I get great job satisfaction especially when you help someone achieve their goals, whether it be to reduce pain or return to their sport

What are your hobbies? Football (just watching now)

What has been your favourite moment in that sport? Burnley beating Sheffield Utd at Wembley, gaining promotion to the premier league. Personally – being captain of Burnley Ladies FC.

Do you have any other interests? I have an interest in sports in general.

Favourite food? Prawns

If you could invite 3 people for a meal at your house, who would it be? Kev (my husband), my Dad, and Sean Dyche.

If you could go anywhere in the world on holiday where would it be? Maldives

If you weren’t a physio, what would you like to do/be? Professional footballer (if I was younger lol) or an astronaut.

Do you have any pets? No

If we did a program called “I’m a physio get me out of here”, and you could take 3 luxury items with you to the jungle, what would they be? Mobile phone / tablet – fitted with sky go app, bt sport and a very long lasting battery, portable GHD’s.
